STADT Group and OMS Group Forge Strategic Partnership to Expand Presence in the Polish Maritime Market

Strengthening local presence and advancing cutting edge propulsion technology for the maritime industry

STADT Group and OMS Group are proud to announce the signing of a strategic Business Cooperation Agreement aimed at expanding their mutual footprint in Poland’s growing maritime sector. The collaboration will focus on delivering cutting-edge electric propulsion systems for both commercial and naval vessels.

As part of the agreement, OMS – Offshore & Marine Services Poland Sp. z o.o will serve as STADT’s official representative in Poland. OMS will promote and support STADT’s Lean Propulsion® technology — a world-leading solution for efficient, quiet, and environmentally friendly ship propulsion.

In addition to marketing and sales, OMS will deliver technical support and after-sales service to new and existing STADT customers in Poland, ensuring fast, reliable, and qualified service resources locally.

Through this partnership, STADT and OMS will combine global innovation with local execution. The cooperation includes joint market initiatives, technical competence sharing, and collaborative development of service facilities — both in Poland and across their respective operations in Norway and beyond.
