STADT had the pleasure to welcome and be the host for the annual FSi board and strategy meeting in its headquarter in Gjerdsvika this week.

FSi advocates the interests of the Norwegian Defence and Security Industries, both towards Norwegian and international governments. FSi represents STADT and a total of 150 Norwegian companies who supply solutions and services to defence industry.

STADT NAVAL had the opportunity to present updates and latest news regarding its green electric innovations  - the STADT Stealth Lean Propulsion® for Naval vessels, which is ready for zero emission shipping operations.   

Also, the ongoing STADT NAVAL project towards the Norwegian MoD was presented, along with the technological journey of STADT ‘s five  generations of AC Drive development – throughout  its 35 years history.

“ As always we found our discussions with FSi both interesting and helpful in our further efforts to promote our solutions towards the naval industry – national and international ”  says Hallvard Slettevoll, CEO  at STADT NAVAL.

STADT NAVAL is one of several SMEs in the FSi membership that contributes to the Norwegian defence industrial cluster with unique state of the art technology and thus strengthening the capabilities of Norwegian and allied forces “ -  expressed FSI director Torbjørn Svensgård after the visit.
